Following a €1million investment, our hotel restaurant has been reimagined as a bright, contemporary open plan space created with rich, deep colours paired with statement pieces like trendy light fixtures and bold patterns. We’ve included a colour palette of subtle greys and muted mustard tones, giving an air of luxury and elegance. The space is finished off with trendy gold and bronze glass racks above the bar and unique, modern furniture. It’s now a welcoming, airy space that’s ideal for dining no matter the time of day or year.

Breakfast in Hoban Hotel’s 1801 Restaurant will get your day off to a great start. We have a fresh breakfast buffet which is constantly replenished with delicious, freshly prepared food for the duration of service. Start with a choice of fruit juices or fresh fruit, granola pots or a variety of cereals. Cold mornings call for some delicious warm porridge with tasty toppings. If you love a hot breakfast, our traditional Irish fry up will set you up for the day. Enjoy a hot buffet of grilled bacon, sausage, eggs, tomato, black & white pudding, and beans. All are served with a choice of bread, toast and freshly brewed tea or coffee.
Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 7am to 10am & Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Mondays from 8am to 10.30am. Gluten-free options are available upon request.
